  • Analyze and prepare the necessary documentation for the construction of informatics systems;
  • Analyze and evaluate requests received and identify solutions based on available information and existing procedures;
  • Analyze and resolved the claims & incidents reported by phone or email, according to the area of competence;
  • Collect and analyze all the necessary information in order to identify the best solutions;
  • Escalates complex requests & incidents that exceeds the level of competence to a superior position level;
  • Monitor and make certain of that the requests & incidents reported to a superior position level are solved in agreed terms
  • Inform the client about the state of requests execution ;
  • Verify and confirm with the final user if the proposed solution meets the requirements or solve the incidents occurred;
  • Analyze incidents in terms of repeatability, signaling the possible situations that can occur and need to be remediate.


  • Fresh, open, & smart person;
  • University degree (Informatics/Mathematics/Technical/Geography - nice to have);
  • Minim 6 months’ experience in a similar position;
  • Minim 6 months' experience in software products analyses (nice to have);
  • Previous technical call center experience;
  • Ability to speak very easily with different types of clients;
  • Very high capacity to understand technical systems, work flows & terms;
  • Advanced level of English (speaking & writing);
  • Real interested & passion for professional development in IT travel-tourism industry/services.
