We're looking for a team member for our HR team! Most of your time will be dedicated to recruitment related activities, designed to help us reach out to our candidates and engage in a conversation with them with the purpose of finding a good match between them and Reviro’s job offers.

Reviro is a Romanian start-up company that assists talented people who have studied abroad in their pursuit of starting a career in Romania.

We work with some of the most relevant employers in Romania (anything from big corporations to promising start ups) in order to find the most interesting and exciting jobs available on the job market, searching for places where international students could have an impact on business.

You will have the chance to be part of a young professional team, where the initiatives, flexibility and out of the box thinking are very much appreciated.

Moreover you will be expected to contribute to the improvement and execution stage of the recruitment process. Along with the Communication and Marketing team, you are expected to have an important role in the strategy building phase.

70% of the time will be dedicated to recruitment and selection processes for Reviro’s clients.
The rest of your time will be used for designing and implementing employer branding projects, building and maintaining an active relationship with Reviro’s community, by making use of your own knowledge, research and ideas (in terms of networking and young professional communities). You will also bring your own contribution to creating a community of supporters for Reviro.

 Related responsibilities:

- You will have to match the most talented people with international background with the most interesting jobs from Romania:

  • Research and identify the suitable candidates for our clients using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook and online based communities) based on a specific profile agreed with the client;
  • Identify the optimal channels and communication methods to be used in communicating with our candidates;
  • Screening the database in order to match the job profile from our clients with the proper candidate;
  • Interviewing and selecting the candidates for each recruitment process with the scope of creating a short-list of recommended people for our clients.

- Design, implement and coordinate employer branding projects;
- You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing feedback from our candidates and proactively initiate dialogues with them regarding company services;
- Develop and maintain a very good relationship with the existing clients.


  • At least 2,3 years previous experience in Recruitment;
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, easiness in relating with others, ability to collaborate effectively, results oriented;
  • Project management and organizing skills;
  • Solid communication and presentation skills;
  • Extra-curricular activities or membership in a Romanian society or Romanian community from outside Romania are an advantage;
  • Advanced English skills (written and oral);
